I am an AHPRA-registered psychologist dedicated to supporting individuals aged 18 and over as they navigate life’s complexities. I love my job and consider it a privilege to work with others.

My experience includes working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life stages, in private practice, public health, and university sectors. While I have a particular passion for working from an Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens and with university students or young adults exploring their identity, I have experience working with children, parents, professionals, young adults, domestic and international students, LGBTQIA+ individuals,neurodivergent-identifying clients, and people of colour.

Common concerns I work with include generalised and social anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and procrastination; panic attacks and phobias; identity exploration; cultural adjustment; challenges with emotional and behavioral regulation; loneliness;shame; grief and loss; finding meaning and direction; interpersonal, family, and relationship difficulties; and work, family, or academic stress.

My therapeutic style is reflective and person-centered, drawing on a range of evidence-based modalities, including IFS, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT),Motivational Interviewing, and polyvagal theory. At the heart of my work is the belief in the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship.

My therapeutic values are rooted in attachment theory and I strive always to provide compassion-focused, strengths-based, non-pathologising, neuro-affirming care. I have a particular passion for working with young adults and individuals with immigrant backgrounds. My approach is trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive, with a focus on safety and stabilisation. I prioritise creating a warm, gentle, and non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcomed and given permission to show up.

Please note at this time I am unable to see the following: children (aged <18), couples, those experiencing active psychosis, those experiencing significant risk/crisis, eating disorder, work cover and TAC and VoC.
