George is a Gestalt Therapist with a special interest in working with embodiment and somatic practices, offering psychotherapy in a warm, compassionate and welcoming space. With deep respect for each person’s lived experience and ways of being, they support clients in navigating their unique experiences and challenges while deepening their connection to themselves, others, and the world around them.

Working relationally, George emphasises connection and authenticity, with the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the process. They tailor their approach to each client, integrating curiosity, relational ecology, mindfulness and somatic practices, collaborating with clients through their processes, supporting them in making sense of their inner world while expanding self-acceptance.

George’s approach is holistic, person and present focused, grounded in Gestalt therapy, developing awareness with curiosity throughout therapeutic processes. They believe that greater awareness brings a broader sense of choice in how we live and attend to our challenges and issues.

George offers a warm, affirming environment for all identities and relationship styles. They are a sex-positive therapist and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community.

Fees are $150 for a 50 minute session, with some concession spots available.
