I am a relational Gestalt psychotherapist working in private practice in Melbourne/Naarm, offering psychotherapy and counselling to individuals. I provide a compassionate, welcoming and inclusive space for individuals seeking support in navigating life’s challenges and deepening their connection to themselves, others and the world around them. Whether you are exploring personal growth or facing difficulties in various aspects of life, I welcome you as you are.

As a sex-positive therapist and member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I offer an affirming environment for all identities, relationship styles and experiences. My practice is neurodivergent-affirming, knowledgeable and experienced in Poly/ENM (Ethical Non-Monogamy) and sex-worker allied.

How I Work:

My approach is grounded in creating a supportive, compassionate, inclusive space where individuals—of all backgrounds, genders, sexualities, cultures, abilities and relationship styles—feel empowered to explore and be themselves.

I work relationally, emphasising the strength of connection and authenticity, where the therapeutic relationship is central to the process. I work collaboratively with clients throughout their processes, supporting personal journeys toward self-discovery.

My therapeutic approach is holistic and present-focused, supporting the development of awareness with curiosity throughout the therapeutic process. I believe that greater awareness brings a broader sense of choice in how we live and attend to our challenges and issues.

Areas of Focus:

My therapeutic work and processes are strongly influenced by my training in Relational Gestalt Therapy.

I have a special interest in embodiment and somatic practices. I also draw on my yoga and meditation practices, as well as personal experiences with process-oriented therapy and somatic experiencing practices, supporting the unfolding of inner wisdom and working with deepening embodied awareness and processing trauma.

  • Anxiety: Supporting the experience of anxiety and its many forms.
  • Depression: Being with the complexities of depression and its impact.
  • Self-Expression: Working with anger, self-esteem, boundaries, assertiveness and emotional expression.
  • Sadness and Grief: Being with the experience of sadness, loss and grief.
  • Embodiment: Exploring the connection between body and mind, working with somatic practices and embodiment to deepen embodied awareness and support integration.
  • Relationship Issues and Difficulties: Exploring relational patterns, intimacy, connection and attachment styles.
  • Sex Positivity: Affirming and exploring sexuality, intimacy and relationship styles, including ethical non-monogamy.
  • Queer Experiences: Exploring and affirming identity, relationships and LGBTQIA+ related challenges.
  • Trauma: Providing a compassionate space to explore and process trauma.
  • Dream Work: Exploration of dreams and their personal meanings.
