Julie is an accredited Counsellor and Integrative Psychotherapist. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Psychotherapy from Ikon Institute of Australia along with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Julie is passionate about supporting adults and teens to move through adversity, unpack challenging questions, grieve, transition, and develop more capacity and ease in their lives.

Julie is trained in integrative psychotherapy, a collaborative approach to therapy that draws on various theories and modalities to tailor treatment to the client's unique experience.

Offering a therapeutic environment of deep attunement, collaboration and non-judgement in which clients can feel safely supported and free to be themselves is of the utmost importance to Julie.

Julie is also trained in Dan Brown and David Elliott’s Three Pillars Approach to Attachment Repair and in a person-centred, collaborative and trauma informed mode of therapy.

Julie works with people seeking support for a range of concerns, including self-esteem issues, relational difficulties (including attachment repair), anxiety and depression, stress management, somatic disturbances, personality disorders, OCD and Panic, grief, trauma, PTSD and CPTSD.

Julie is registered with the Australia Counselling Association (ACA, member 2 level, n.19579)
