Hello, I'm Natalie (she/her) a holistic therapist and perinatal counsellor. I offer a safe and inclusive space for navigating challenges in pregnancy, birth and throughout the life span, including difficult transitions, shifts in identity and relationships or other significant life changes involving loss and grief.

My experience includes:
- Youth counselling
- Relationship counselling
- Family and parenting counselling
- Women's reproductive wellbeing
- Perinatal mental health and birth trauma
- Cultural identity and intergenerational issues
- Neurodiversity challenges
- LGBTQIA+ experiences, including gender affirmation journeys.

My special interest area is the intersection of personal, social and cultural factors impacting on significant life events which are often characterised by anxiety, guilt or fear, when they could be moments of growth and empowerment. I also have understanding of the way that trauma histories can shape our sense of self and our experience of attachment, belonging and connection to others and the world around us.

I follow a somatic approach to strengthen the mind-body connection and calm the nervous system to release anxiety and embodied trauma. Our sessions together will explore your experiences and try to make meaningful connections between any ongoing patterns and cycles. I am also a certified NLP practitioner, mindfulness facilitator, parenting educator and birth doula with perinatal mental health training from COPE, PANDA and ABTA. I often work with CALD communities and offer appointments with interpreter support. Babies are welcome to attend appointments.
