I believe passionately in the benefits of both short-term, goal-oriented counselling, using tools from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and longer-term, ‘in-depth’ psychoanalytic psychotherapy, with a Lacanian orientation.  I treat clients from many different cultures with a wide variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and challenges rising from relationship, sexuality and family issues.

I enjoyed a 25-year corporate, entrepreneurial and NGO/Arts career in the UK, Australia and Hong Kong before entering the mental health field, so I understand the challenges of high-performance environments as well as the importance of adventure, creativity and play.  I serve diverse communities, including the LGBTQ+ community, and have a specialism in men’s mental health.  Above all, I seek to help people discover and orient more productively towards how they want to live and what they want to achieve.
